Trust and Security of information are keys to avoiding IPOs going off the rails

By 22/10/2020 February 26th, 2021 No Comments

Today the IPO Network hosted its second virtual Zoom event, discussing why trust and security of information are keys to avoiding IPOs going off the rails.

The session featured IPO Network guest presenters Daniel Ryding, from thedocyard (ASX:TDY)Simon Thomsen, from Pinstripe Media, and Georgie Morell, from Baldwin Boyle Group.

The discussion covered issues of planning ahead for an IPO, especially for implementing appropriate information systems, having good governance and appropriate Board and C-Suite executives to maximise the level of trust from investors, regulators and other stakeholders; the importance of authenticity in a crisis management situation and of course there were plenty of fascinating anecdotes explored.
