Friday, 11 November 2022, Perth: the IPO Network held its second Perth event with clients and friends yesterday at The George to discuss the year that’s been in the capital markets and the outlook for 2023.
Continued pressure on share market values arising from rapidly climbing interest rates and inflation, energy supply concerns and geopolitical tensions in the world, has resulted in a decline in the rate of IPOs in this new financial year, currently at 73 year to date, down from 191 in 2021.
